The Slow Fashion Capsule Guide

Looking for ways to simplify your life? Focus on the day ahead, not on what to wear and consider an Eco Friendly Capsule Wardrobe.

Here's our simple guide for building a thoughtful and intentional wardrobe so as never to wonder “What to wear?” again!

  1. Choose a cohesive color palette. For our cool weather collection, we chose jewel tones and textured neutrals.
  2. Simple cuts can be mixed and matched and flatter all body types.
  3. Source ethically! We pulled our capsule pieces from 3 places that don’t support fast fashion: vintage & consignment, our favorite Durham boutique, Liberation Threads (fair trade & organic), and USA made organic.
  4. When choosing forever pieces, go for timeless, classic styles. They may cost more up front, but the value will prove itself year after year.
